Thanks to the Class of 2017 and their families for participating in New Student Advising Days. Visit the LVC Facebook page for pictures. A special thanks to Gabe for greeting our guests!
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records, and outlines what can and cannot be shared without a student’s consent. It is important to know that parents, guardians, and other family members are not automatically able to access your information, including financial records. At New Student Advising Day, you will be asked to provide a release to individuals who you would like to be able to access your information. For more information, please see LVC’s FERPA policy and FAQ’s.
